Overview

As an Account Manager on the Founder Success team at Clearco, you’ll be helping lead the charge on retaining and growing our existing client base, as well as re-engaging accounts who have previously funded with Clearco.

In Short

  • Become an expert on Clearco’s platform, services, and the eCommerce growth funding landscape.
  • Drive funding originations from a territory comprising engaged accounts, accounts requiring renewal, and lapsed accounts.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships with business owners, founders, and executives.
  • Advocate internally for customers to support creditworthiness and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success management, inside sales, or account management.
  • Developed upsell/cross-sell skills and comfortable securing customer commitments.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to new situations.
  • Professional and consultative conversation navigation skills.
  • Experience in a B2B Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), engagement platforms (Outreach), and communication tools (Slack, Notion).
