As the first National Sales Director, Providers at Clarity Pediatrics, you will lead and manage a talented team focused on scaling revenue by building relationships with healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in field sales in healthcare tech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience with goal/quota setting and performance management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data analysis.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
