Overview

As the first Marketing Manager at Clarity Pediatrics, you will help us build and share the Clarity Pediatrics story with pediatricians, educators and parents, playing a pivotal role in establishing our early reputation and trust.

• Develop and manage marketing and sales materials.
• Support sales training and product messaging.
• Manage B2B events and conferences.
• Create lifecycle marketing strategies to increase engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B or consumer marketing experience.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong writing and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage priorities.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience in startups or product launches is a plus.
