Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience (with at least 2 in a leadership seat).
• A proven record of campaigns that not only worked, but wowed.
• Advanced digital marketing chops (we’re talking full wizard mode).
• Bonus points for experience in senior living or a similarly service-driven industry.
• Strategic smarts, creative instincts, and a knack for connecting marketing to real-world results.
