Overview

The Marketing Manager ensures that our Viamericas brand shows up powerfully in stores, manages the Field Brand Ambassador team, runs seasonal and charitable promotions, organizes special events, and coordinates campaigns with the Go-To-Market Managers.

• Lead and manage the Field Brand Ambassador team.
• Set schedules and manage performance metrics.
• Conduct field visits and provide coaching.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Produce performance reports and key insights.
• Oversee event execution and logistics.
• Travel as required for field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related work experience.
• Proven ability to manage people and operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesForce.
• Able to manage multiple events concurrently.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor management.
• Ability to travel within the US.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills.
