Data Lead - Remote

Overview

As Data Lead, you will own the data function at Clarity, building the infrastructure, defining key metrics, and empowering business stakeholders to generate the insights needed to drive impact and help us scale.

In Short

• Serve as the primary data advisor to senior leadership, translating business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards that track key performance indicators.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using GCP tools.
• Transform operational and unstructured data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new data sources.
• Train business stakeholders on data interpretation and self-service analytics.
• Champion data-driven decision making across all departments.
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics capabilities.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in a data analytics and engineering role.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience building dashboards with a data visualization tool.
• Outstanding written and communication skills.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field.
• Excitement about AI and its role in efficiency.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong business intuition and ability to synthesize insights.
