The Care Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and delivering high-quality care services in the community, ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field-based duties.

Requirements

• Efficient and organized with a passion for community care.
• Experience in managing rotas to high standards.
• Strong relationship-building skills with care workers.
• Previous healthcare experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of CQC, care plans, and rotas.
• NVQ level 3 is desirable.
