  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels.
  • Drive member engagement from enrollment through program completion.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and be a trusted resource for members.
  • Establish human connections with members for personalized support.
  • Leverage technology to answer member questions and resolve challenges.
  • Participate in outreach campaigns to encourage member progress.
  • Learn individual member communication preferences.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Background in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in Tech Support, Call Center Support, or Customer Service.
  • Empathetic critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of personal accountability and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to listen and type simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
