The Resourcing Partner at CCH Group is responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates in the health and social care sector, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

In Short

• Remote (UK-based) position with occasional travel.
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Annual salary of £34,680.
• Involves headhunting and direct sourcing of candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process using Smart Recruiters ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Direct sourcing skills beyond job boards.
• Experience in an in-house recruitment team.
• Confidence with ATS, particularly Smart Recruiters.
• Experience in healthcare or social care recruitment is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Digital marketing awareness is beneficial.
