Resourcing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Resourcing Manager will support the development and execution of scalable resourcing strategies to meet global event delivery needs, working closely with project teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in event production or resource coordination.
• Experience managing a team preferred.
• Familiarity with scalable workforce models.
• Understanding of global event operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
