Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients with both internal and client-facing events and conferences, delivering exceptional service through effective project management and creative solutions.

In Short

• Manage project plans and event operations from briefing to post-event reconciliation.
• Oversee financial management including budget development and expense management.
• Sourcing and managing site selections and contracts for venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics for events including registration, accommodations, and entertainment.
• Work with internal partners on event deliverables.
• Plan and manage virtual events and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Travel for site inspections and on-site event management as needed.
• Post-event wrap up including budget reconciliation and client debriefs.
• Share knowledge of best practices and new suppliers.
• Adaptable and proactive in generating ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years’ event management experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in managing senior clients and large events.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Virtual event experience preferred.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and event management.
• Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key US cities.
