Associate Event Technology Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Event Technology Manager supports the delivery and execution of event technology solutions, including registration websites, event platforms, and data management, working closely with clients and internal event delivery teams.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and project management of event registration websites and technology platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients on event technology matters.
• Configure, test, and execute event technology systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency with event registration platform Cvent.
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and WebEx.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools integration.
• General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
