Overview

The Event Associate Manager will lead and manage a team of Event Coordinators, supporting all experience requests and event execution within Salesforce Tower Sydney.

• Oversees operational excellence for guest experiences including executive receptions and events.

• Collaborates with Event Supervisors and maintains team documentation.
• Manages comprehensive event logistics ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Security policies.
• Co-manages event intake forms and correspondence with Internal Business Partners.
• Delivers assigned events end-to-end using the REWS ticketing system.
• Administers Google calendar for internal event spaces.
• Co-manages external vendor relationships for successful event programs.
• Maintains Salesforce brand consistency across customer-facing areas.
• Requires availability for evening, weekend, and after-hours work.
