• Support planning and execution of Veeva’s Innovation Hub and evening events.
• Maintain invoice and expense tracking against the program budget.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to travel 20-25%.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in corporate events for Associate Manager; 5+ years for Manager.
• Experience with large-scale live conferences (1,000+ attendees).
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Proven excellence in cross-team program management.
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter, proactive, and critical thinker.
• Nice to have: Experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
