CRM Associate/Manager - Remote

In Short

• Support CRM leadership increase throughput by executing campaigns (in Braze) and measuring results (in Amplitude).
• Manage audience segments and set triggered campaigns that are cross platform.
• Ingest learnings from campaigns to provide recommendations on iterative tests.
• Partner with design team to share direction for campaigns and create assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or a related field.
• Comfortable running A/B tests and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing campaign data.
• Familiarity with tools like Braze and Amplitude is a plus.
