Overview

As an Associate Category Manager at Vital Farms, you will leverage your sales expertise and analytical skills to build compelling selling stories and optimize distribution, pricing, and shelving in the Grocery Channel.

Requirements

• Passion for ethically-sourced, nutritious food.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management/Sales.
• Ability for 30% travel for customer appointments.
• Experience with Syndicated Data and Shopper Panel Data.
• Strong customer collaboration and selling skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to create concise selling materials.
• Knowledge of identifying category opportunity gaps.
• Understanding of the planogram creation process.
