In Short

• Deliver high volumes of in-person, remote, and hybrid events.
• Become a subject matter expert for SpotMe/Onomi solutions.
• Manage client communications and enhance client experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for seamless event execution.
• Oversee event operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Handle post-event communications and analyze event data.
• Participate in training and shadowing for event project stages.
• Build and configure web and mobile native event apps.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
• Grow into a Senior Project Manager role within 2-3 years.
