• Control, validate, and book finance-related activities linked to the Event Services team.
• Ensure Event Services costs are accurate, justified, and compliant.
• Audit and validate Event Services hours.
• Review and challenge logged hours from employees and associates.
• Manage Event Services travel and expense operations.
• Act as the first line of Finance control for Event Services costs.
• Support operational improvements and documentation.
• Build a deep understanding of Event Services operations and finance controls.
• Independently review and validate logged hours and invoices.
• Help improve validation rules and operational processes.
