Overview

Chronosphere is looking for entrepreneurial and strategic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team! This role involves driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation efforts while creating a positive first impression with prospects.

In Short

  • Master Chronosphere’s target market and business drivers.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Implement a modern multi-touch outbound strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Sales Development Team.
  • Research relevant companies and identify decision makers.
  • Provide compelling value-based messaging.
  • Track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Transition leads to AEs for further qualification.
  • Act as a mentor for future BDR hires.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional BDR experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo.
  • Outbound prospecting experience including cold calling.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Research and develop personalized communication.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPIC.
  • Passion for building relationships and driving business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills.
  • BA/BS Degree.
