Overview

Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode seeking an accomplished individual for a salesperson role to work with established clients and build relationships with community managers.

In Short

  • Work with established clients and community managers.
  • Sell services and contracts to groups during a one-to-three-month sales cycle.
  • Utilize exceptional listening and communication skills to close sales.
  • Comfortable selling against no-decision prospects.
  • Self-starter able to work remotely without supervision.
  • Assertive, confident, and trainable.
  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, telecommunications, or consultative selling is a plus.
  • Must reside in the Greater Toledo area.
  • Regular travel throughout Northeast Ohio and Southeast Michigan required.
  • Occasional evening meetings and overnight trips.

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Good judgment and professional maturity.
  • Analytical skills and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
