Overview

Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode. We are looking for an accomplished individual to fill our salesperson role. In this position, you will work with established clients and build relationships with community managers to offer our services to association boards.

In Short

  • Work remotely with established clients
  • Build relationships with community managers
  • Sell services during a one-to-three-month sales cycle
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills required
  • Comfortable selling against no-decision prospects
  • Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision
  • Must live in the Greater Columbia area
  • Regular travel throughout North and South Carolina
  • Occasional evening meetings and overnight trips
  • Experience in multifamily or real estate development is a plus

  • Prior success in selling services and/or contracts
