Join our team. Choice Property Resources is looking for an accomplished individual to fill our salesperson role.

In Short

  • Prior success selling services and/or contracts to individuals and groups.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills to close sales effectively.
  • Comfortable selling against no-decision prospects.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter, able to work remotely.
  • Experience with multifamily, real estate development, telecom, and construction is a plus.
  • Must live in the Raleigh/Durham metro area.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the Mid-west region.
  • Good judgment and professional maturity.
  • Trainable and coachable with a focus on improvement.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions required for remote work.

Requirements

  • Sales experience with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with technology.
  • Assertiveness and confidence in sales interactions.
  • Ability to close sales in one or two meetings.
  • Professional maturity and good judgment.
  • Willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with property management and telecom services.
  • Flexibility to travel in the evenings as needed.
