Overview

Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode. We are looking for an accomplished individual to fill our salesperson role. In this position, you will work with established clients and build relationships with community managers to offer our services to association boards.

In Short

  • Work with established clients and community managers.
  • Sell services to association boards.
  • Prior success in selling services or contracts required.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills needed.
  • Comfortable selling against no-decision prospects.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter.
  • Ability to work remotely without supervision.
  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, or professional services is a plus.
  • Must live within 30 miles of Louisville or Lexington, KY.
  • Regular travel required for meetings.
