Overview

The Channel Manager is responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners (B2B) and growing Chaos’ Channel business within the assigned markets.

In Short

  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners (B2B).
  • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring productive collaboration.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners.
  • Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for managed accounts.
  • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Work with internal teams to support partner success.
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain CRM records.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in IT/software.
  • Strong track record in sales team development and management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management.
  • Customer-focused and a strong team player.
  • Willing to travel (up to 20%).
