The National Key Account Specialist will play a crucial role in growing National Geographic Learning’s market share in the US K12 market by focusing on onboarding and post-sale support to ensure customer success.

• Collaborate with the Key Account team to develop strategies for increasing market share.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in publishing or educational fields.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proven major account sales ability with a record of significant sales growth.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ESL/ELT preferred.
• Familiarity with the US K12 education system.
• Ability to work flexibly and display initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
