Principal Value Engineer - Oil & Gas - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Value Engineer within our Energy team (Oil & Gas), you will spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers, working closely with the Celonis Sales Teams to drive measurable business impact.

In Short

• Identify and frame value for customers using Celonis.
• Build demos and business cases to win new customers.
• Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Present results to senior management and C-level executives.
• Drive customer value journey from landing to expansion.
• Provide feedback for product development to enhance Celonis platform.
• Experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Knowledge of business software and AI applications is essential.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 35%.

Requirements

• Min 12 years experience in an analytical role.
• Experience in value selling and executive stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of SaaS applications and AI agents.
• Strong project management experience.
• Good understanding of finance and supply chain functions.
• Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering or related field.
