Overview

As a Dealer Relationship Manager at Cars Commerce, you will be essential in simplifying the car buying and selling process, focusing on building relationships and driving success for our Enterprise dealer partners.

In Short

  • Drive adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform.
  • Own dealer retention for customer portfolio.
  • Track cancellations and understand lead drivers.
  • Share best practices with dealers.
  • Interact with senior dealership decision makers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for AccuTrade processes.
  • Connect post-sale performance to pre-sale onboarding.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in-person with critical accounts as needed.
  • 25-50% in-market travel required.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain.
  • Prior experience in an Automotive Enterprise Level environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Understanding of dealership change management.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration software.
