Overview

The Account Relationship Manager role involves managing and developing broker and third-party relationships to achieve growth and adoption objectives within the Mortgage Services division of Legal & General.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of broker firms and third parties.
  • Achieve sales and adoption targets through account development.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for specified account portfolios.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to create commercial opportunities.
  • Provide input into proposition development to tailor offerings.
  • Represent LGMS at external events and educate on mortgage market.
  • Seek customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • High level of customer and account management experience.
  • Experience in developing proposition initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business strategy and customer communication.
  • Working knowledge of the UK mortgage lending market.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Engagement and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
  • CeMAP qualified or willing to work towards it.
