Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in RCM/process management.
  • Experience with Athena Health EMR.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare workflows.
  • Understanding of insurance carriers and medical coding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in financial reporting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues systematically.
