Overview

As a Global Oracle Operation and Optimization team Director, you will work directly with the Product Owner for “Growth”, global and regional Growth Business Process Owners, and your peers within the Technology team to optimize the Oracle global CX application landscape, as well as harmonize the applications and automation of business processes.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the application service delivery of the Growth function.
  • Optimize the application usage and search for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to progress the digital Growth agenda.
  • Manage the application portfolio in the Growth (CX) domain.
  • Translate business challenges into workable application designs.
  • Deliver complex technical solutions in Finance, Projects, HCM or CX.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Manage collaborative Agile teams and optimize the application landscape.
  • Ensure solutions follow best design practices and company standards.
  • Contribute to the professional growth of your team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in Growth (CX) application functional or technical roles.
  • Strong track record in managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development and Oracle CX configuration.
  • Experience in building and deploying software solutions using DevOps.
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms and their integration with CX solutions.
  • Professional certifications in project management or related fields.
