Overview

The Director, Operations - Global External Operations at BioMarin is responsible for managing the supply of products from contract manufacturing organizations, ensuring quality delivery and overseeing operations professionals.

• Lead the delivery of quality products from CMO networks.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• BS/BA in life sciences, business, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CAPA, FMEA, RCA tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in supply planning and inventory management.
• Team leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of GXP regulations.
