Principal Asset Management Regional Lead - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is looking for a full-time Principal Asset Management Regional Lead to join our National Asset Management practice to lead and direct the development of asset management programs across the states of Texas, Arizona, and California.

In Short

• Lead asset management programs for water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works clients.
• Conduct business process assessments and project research.
• Support digital advisory projects and technology implementations.
• Perform gap analyses and create Asset Management Plans.
• Engage with clients to provide asset management solutions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams.
• Analyze large utility datasets.
• Travel approximately 25% for client meetings.

Requirements

• 15 years of consulting experience in environmental engineering or municipal utility.
• B.S. in Engineering or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in asset management programs for water and public works industries.
