Principal Asset Management Regional Lead - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is looking for a full-time Water West Asset Management Lead to join our National Asset Management practice to lead and direct the development of asset management programs across the states of Texas, Arizona, and California.

In Short

• Lead and direct asset management programs for water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works.
• Conduct business process assessments and project research.
• Perform Gap Analyses and create Asset Management Plans.
• Work with clients to provide solutions to asset management challenges.
• Prepare winning proposals and presentations.
• Create and manage project schedules and cost estimates.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Analyze large utility datasets.
• Develop technical reports and presentations.
• Travel for client meetings and project site visits.

Requirements

• 15 years of consulting experience in environmental engineering or municipal utility.
• B.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management.
• IAM Certification.
• Experience in implementing asset management programs in the water industry.
