As a Regional Deployment Lead, you are primarily responsible for the operational success of the FTTH rollout projects within your team.

In Short

• Lead project managers within a regional project organization.
• Align rollout with business plans and regional responsibility for FTTX network expansion.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget for expansion projects.
• Negotiate with external service providers regarding quality and performance.
• Manage general contractors at strategic and tactical levels.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize rollout efficiency.

Requirements

• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Experience in team leadership and project management.
• Experience with GIS and PNI tools.
• Degree in telecommunications, communication technology, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and strategic thinking.
• Driver's license class B and flexibility to travel.
