Solution Deployment Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Deployment Manager, you will be part of the Implementation team, responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring the successful deployment of the 360Learning platform.

In Short

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Document client use cases and requirements.
• Translate requirements into setup and configuration of the platform.
• Define platform architecture for clients.
• Facilitate integrations with flat files, APIs, and third-party apps.
• Guide customers to ensure successful platform deployment.
• Follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption.
• Deliver solutions complementary to the product, such as platform audits.
