Overview

The Implementation team is crucial in onboarding new customers by collaborating with various departments to understand client needs and configure the 360Learning platform accordingly.

In Short

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Document client use cases and requirements.
• Translate requirements into platform setup and configuration.
• Define platform architecture for clients.
• Facilitate integrations with flat files, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Ensure successful deployment of the platform.
• Drive project management from sales turnover to support handover.
• Provide guidance and assistance throughout the implementation process.
