In Short

  • We are looking for an Associate, Practice Operations, responsible for the synchronization of all Practice Operations workstreams.
  • This role supports operational efficiency and includes maintaining project plans, tracking and management, dashboards and reports.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast, team-based setting.
  • Occasional travel to PACE center(s) may be required.
  • Contribute to a center experience that Participants want to spend time in.
  • Manage oversight of Practice Operations project plans, including tracking and timelines.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the practice operation’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and quality assurance purposes.
  • Develop standard reporting and dashboard management.
  • Must be agile, fast-learning, and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management, public health, business administration, or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with project management in a health care organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software (e.g., electronic health records or practice management systems).
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
