Willow Health is on a mission to improve access to high-quality behavioral health care by building a virtual crisis care program. We are seeking a Virtual Practice Operations Associate to support clinic operations and enhance service delivery.

In Short

• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 10:15 AM - 7:15 PM EST.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and billing standards.
• Assist with clinic communication strategies.
• Compile and summarize patient service feedback.
• Run daily insurance verifications for patients.
• Support billing issues with external vendors.
• Assist in contracting with insurance payors.
• Prepare actionable reports for leadership.
• Provide day-to-day operations support to the care team.
• Cover front desk duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of operations experience.
• Familiarity with digital clinic tools.
• Experience with insurance and medical claims processes.
• Experience with credentialing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to follow operational processes.
• Comfort working with clinical teams.
• Desire to improve mental health care delivery.
• Openness to constructive feedback.
