• 11+ years of experience.
• Software development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end languages.
• Familiarity with databases and web servers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
