Overview

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Capital Technology Group, you will lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior IT specialists.

• Lead evaluation of new technologies through prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Analyze and communicate benefits and risks of adopting new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or IT.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Strong system architecture skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
