In Short

• Seeking a Project Owner to support high-impact civic tech within the federal government.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and track team performance metrics.
• Coordinate with project teams during user acceptance testing and production deployment.
• Serve as Scrum Master during Agile software development projects.
• Remove blockers to facilitate team productivity.
• Assist junior analysts and prepare project deliverables.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication and team management skills required.
• Competitive salary range from $110k to $140k annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification is a plus.
• PMP or Agile certifications are desirable.
