In Short

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks.
• Develop and manage dbt models for data transformation.
• Collaborate with data analysts and scientists.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Implement data quality and CI/CD best practices.
• Help evolve the lakehouse architecture for analytics.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Communicate technical topics clearly to various audiences.
• Work in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in dbt including model development.
• Familiarity with data warehouse architectures.
• Comfort with version-controlled environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
