In Short

• Analyze user needs to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Track and report team performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating and driving Agile projects.
• Understand a project's technical details and assess project risks.
• Address issues related to IT portfolio management.
• Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization.
• Support user acceptance testing and production deployment activities.
• Assist in preparing project deliverables.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Nice to have: Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification.
• Nice to have: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Nice to have: SAFe certified or experience with scaled agile frameworks.
