Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience or MA/MS with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead and solve problems in critical environments.
• Experience in business process modeling and documentation.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting gap analyses and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Ability to deliver technical briefings effectively.
