Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst supports the Lumin Digital leadership team by assisting in preparing pricing proposals, managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and conducting financial and operational analysis.

In Short

• Assist in creating and maintaining sales proposals, SOWs, and price sheets.
• Analyze gross margin and cost trends.
• Conduct financial modeling and generate ad hoc reports.
• Evaluate pricing proposals for alignment with company goals.
• Maintain and validate data related to billing and pricing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for actionable insights.
• Interpret and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Travel minimally to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills; SQL or Tableau exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for explaining financial concepts.
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
