Overview

Capital Technology Group is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across government contracts, proposals, and new program efforts.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and culture alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Write clear, compliant job descriptions.
• Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about government contracting hiring trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in technical roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand security clearance requirements.
