Overview

As an Associate Technical Writer at Protegrity, you will create and update technical documentation for our advanced data security software, collaborating with various teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Create and update technical user guides and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong attention to detail and independent work skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Markdown and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with source control tools like GIT.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in creating graphics with tools like PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA and bug tracking systems.
