• Join the global Talent Acquisition team as a Tech Recruiter.

• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences reflecting Nubank’s values.
• Use data to inform recruiting strategies and improve processes.
• Contribute to diversity hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring efforts.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical recruiting is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
