Overview

The Business Analyst at Granicus is responsible for implementing business system solutions tailored to customer needs, working closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct testing, and provide user training and support.

• Gather system requirements and produce detailed documentation.
• Analyze business needs and revise system logic as necessary.
• Validate and import data as approved by the customer.
• Conduct system testing at both development and client sites.

Requirements
