Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Data Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing pipelines and platforms that power predictive services, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation at Ensono. You will be responsible for turning raw data into high-quality datasets that fuel real-time insights and proactive operations.

In Short

• Build, optimize, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Develop data extraction and transformation patterns for operational data.
• Design scalable data models and storage frameworks.
• Implement data quality and governance standards.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver production-grade datasets.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Work cross-functionally to align data with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Data Modeling skills.
• Expertise in ELT/ETL pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of Java, Scala, or C++.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with extracting and transforming data from ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with observability tooling and distributed data systems.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML feature pipelines.
